Songy Highroads Breaks Ground on Signia by Hilton Savannah

Atlanta-based Songy Highroads LLC and Matthews Hospitality have broken ground on the Signia by Hilton Savannah, a 444-room, $390 million hotel that will serve as the headquarters for the Savannah Convention Center. Opening in mid-2028, the project will feature meeting and event spaces, multiple dining venues, and riverfront access, complementing the convention center’s recent $271 million expansion and elevating Savannah’s status as a premier convention destination.
