Dr. Andreas Steinbauer brings over 25 years of international expertise in real estate development, investment, sales, and marketing. Based in Matthews' new office in Zug, Switzerland, Andreas spearheads the company's strategic growth and expansion across continental Europe.
Prior to Matthews, Andreas was a key executive at Peach Property Group AG, a Swiss-listed real estate investment firm specializing in luxury residential development across Europe and rental properties in Germany. Since joining Peach Property Group in 2009, he held multiple senior roles, including Head of Sales and Marketing, significantly contributing to the company's growth and success in European real estate markets.
Andreas launched his real estate career in Beverly Hills in the early 2000s, focusing on luxury investment and development, before returning to Europe to lead premium residential projects for Orco Property Group across Central Europe. This experience honed his expertise in high-end real estate markets and complex project management.
Dr. Steinbauer holds a degree in Business Administration from Georg-Simon-Ohm University in Nuremberg, a Master's in Real Estate, and a Doctorate in International Real Estate Markets from Kingston University.
