Allan has strong experience on high-end projects including the three Boutique Palace Hotels in KSA, Museum of The Future in Dubai, Sharjah’s BEEAH Group Headquarters designed by Dame Zaha Hadid, and the Yas Island mega-development in Abu Dhabi.

Allan is skilled in cost management and procurement services. Capable in preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities during the design stages, he can lead cost management services during the post-contract construction stage.
