Andrew is an experienced real estate and development professional with more than 25 years’ international experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa. Andrew has held senior executive and leadership roles within some of the industry’s leading organisations, including AtkinsRéalis, King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) a PIF Company, JLL, AECOM and EC Harris.

Andrew combines his strong commercial and technical expertise with a personal and collaborative team approach. His experience spans the full real estate lifecycle, from strategy, advisory, feasibility, investment, procurement, design and construction through to operations, leasing and full asset management. He has led both small and large multidisciplinary teams across a number of complex developments across multiple geographies and sectors. Andrew has specialist experience in the commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use. stadia, entertainment and leisure sectors. In addition to Andrew’s specialist asset expertise, he has also been involved in establishing and managing a number of large Program Management Offices.
