Andy is an experienced leader with 20 years of expertise across development, investment, brokerage, and corporate financial advisory. Since joining Matthews in 2023, he has been instrumental in driving the firm’s growth across Western Canada through strategic relationship building, creative deal-making, and strong financial insight.

In his role at Matthews, Andy oversees projects from acquisition through execution—balancing long-term value creation, risk management, and key partnerships. His work reflects a deep commitment to building vibrant, enduring communities through collaboration with a diverse array of stakeholders.

Before joining Matthews, Andy held senior positions with a leading Vancouver-based real estate developer and one of Canada’s foremost private equity real estate funds, where he was involved in development and finance transactions across major Canadian markets.

Andy holds an MBA in Finance from the Ivey Business School at Western University and earned his Chartered Accountant designation in 2009.

Based in the Sea-to-Sky region, he enjoys skiing, biking, wind sport, and exploring the outdoors with his family—maintaining a strong connection to the communities that Matthews serves.
