Throughout his career, Andy has demonstrated remarkable versatility, working as a contractor, consultant, client, and PMC while managing teams exceeding 10,000 people on multi-billion AED projects. His extensive experience spans projects of varying size and complexity, and his comprehensive understanding of all project stakeholder perspectives enables him to provide unparalleled construction and operational management expertise, ensuring optimal design, delivery, and coordination across all project phases.

Andy provides strategic advice and support to clients, delivering best-in-class across a range of asset classes including commercial, hotel, residential, retail, education, culture, aviation, infrastructure and industrial. He collaborates closely with contractors and consultants to maintain the highest standards of safety and quality while achieving or exceeding program and budget targets.

Andy graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in construction project management and maintains NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
