Ben brings specialized economic research and analytical expertise to his role as Economist & Asset Analyst at Matthews, where he conducts in-depth economic analysis to support assets in the Cedars Neighborhood and South Side area of Dallas, Texas.

His career began with internships at Jones Lang LaSalle in Toronto, supporting both the Retail Agency Group and the Project Development Services team, where he gained valuable experience in project management and leasing coordination across multiple facets of commercial real estate.

Ben further developed his expertise as Development Summer Analyst at Raider Hill Advisors, a New York-based retail investment and advisory firm, building a strong foundation in real estate economics and market analysis.

Ben holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations with a minor in History from Colgate University, reinforcing his analytical capabilities and strategic thinking approach to economic research.
