Beth serves as Senior Project Accountant at Matthews, bringing over three decades of specialized expertise in real estate accounting to the firm. Since beginning her career in 1990, Beth has demonstrated unwavering excellence in supporting diverse real estate projects from initial planning through completion across multiple states.

In her current role, Beth manages the financial aspects of multiple real estate and construction projects, encompassing comprehensive project accounting, budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. She collaborates closely with project managers, developers, and finance teams to ensure seamless project execution. Her responsibilities include managing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial performance, conducting audits, and delivering monthly and quarterly reporting with precision and integrity.

Beth's extensive portfolio spans residential, commercial, industrial, mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects. Notable achievements include serving as project accountant for the Alamo Drafthouse in Dallas, the Polaris Hotel in Colorado Springs, and the redevelopment of the Old Dallas High School in Dallas. She currently manages consolidated accounting for the CCH Lamar Partners I LP portfolio, which includes Gilley's, the Canvas Hotel, and a diverse mix of retail properties, land holdings, and parking lots.

Beth holds an associate's degree in accounting from Dallas Community College. Outside of her professional commitments, she enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family.
