Caleb Kung is Head of Specialist Project Management at Matthews, with over 15 years’ experience across architecture, design management, project delivery and client-side advisory. A UK-registered Architect through the Architects Registration Board (ARB), he combines extensive UK experience across all project stages with specialist expertise supporting complex, high-value schemes across the GCC.

His work focuses on helping clients, developers and lead design consultants bring structure, clarity and delivery discipline to ambitious projects. He advises on project briefing, consultant appointments, design management, change management, stakeholder coordination, design procurement and the alignment of design intent with programme, cost and delivery realities.

Caleb is currently involved in multiple GCC and international appointments across masterplanning, hospitality, sports, infrastructure, aviation and mixed-use development. His recent experience includes giga-projects and major commissions in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt, including sports and public-sector schemes, hospitality-led developments, urban planning programmes and complex design management roles for both developer clients and lead design consultants. His focus is to enable collaborative opportunities between client and designer, improving the integrity of the design delivery process.
