Carleigh serves as Vice President of Matthews Canada, where she leads the firm's Canadian operations and growth strategy. She has more than a decade of experience in planning and land development across Canada and the United States, managing projects from entitlement through construction and registration.

Before joining Matthews, Carleigh worked at planning and engineering firms, where she delivered developments across a range of asset classes and market conditions. At Matthews, she oversees deal origination, transaction structuring, due diligence, and entitlements. She works closely with municipalities, Indigenous communities, consultants, and partners to build long-term, trusted relationships.

Carleigh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Western University and a Master's in Community and Regional Planning from the University of British Columbia. She is a Registered Professional Planner in Ontario, continues her professional development at McMaster University, and is involved in ULI Toronto’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI).
