At Matthews, Carleigh leads the entitlement process for pipeline projects, overseeing planning applications, managing consultant teams, and negotiating with municipalities to secure critical approvals. She plays a vital role in deal sourcing, due diligence, and RFP responses while developing comprehensive project strategies that align with broader organizational vision.
