Daniel is an experienced project management and engineering professional with more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex projects across the UAE and UK. His experience spans commercial, retail, mixed-use, infrastructure and industrial environments, with particular expertise in technical project management, integrated design delivery and MEP systems.

At Matthews, Daniel brings a strong technical and delivery-focused approach, with expertise spanning project and programme management, design coordination, scope and budget control, contract management, risk governance and stakeholder engagement. He has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary design and delivery teams from early-stage scope development and procurement through construction, commissioning and close-out.

Prior to joining Matthews, Daniel held senior project management roles with JLL, GEA and Interserve. Most recently, as Senior Technical Project Manager at JLL, he was responsible for a portfolio of 24 active projects valued at more than AED 220 million across commercial, retail and infrastructure assets, overseeing the full project lifecycle within complex live environments.

Daniel holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and is also a PMP-certified project management professional and PRINCE2 Practitioner.
