Deen Joseph is a Senior Cost Manager at Matthews and a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with more than 13 years of international experience in UAE and South Africa.

Deen's expertise spans the full project lifecycle. He has delivered cost management services across aviation, commercial, education, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, infrastructure and residential covering feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement, tendering, contract administration and final account negotiations. This breadth of experience allows him to thrive in complexity, balancing quality, programme and commercial objectives for every client.

Deen holds a BSc in Construction Studies and a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP) and the Association for South African Quantity Surveyors (ASAQS).
