Erasmo joined Matthews in 2023 and serves as Project Manager responsible for leading a range of commercial projects for Matthews. His career spans across multiple states, with a focus on diverse sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, educational, retail, and institutional.

In his current role, he is responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, collaborating with clients, partners, architects, engineers, general contractors, city planners, vendors, and various specialists to ensure the successful delivery of every project. His problem-solving skills and adaptability are key strengths that enable him to navigate complex challenges effectively.

Projects for Matthews include Celebree at the Galbraith, the Tribute Clubhouse improvements, South Side Studios renovations, CANVAS Hotel Dallas cased goods, and the Owner’s Box renovations at the Omni Hotel. Erasmo holds a degree in construction engineering from Texas Tech University.
