Gabrielle Bolling has over 18 years of non-profit and project management experience. Her passion focuses on organizational startups, leadership development and project management to individuals, consultants, and organizations.

Gabrielle’s true passion is service first. She has administered multi-year Federal & National Service programs such as AmeriCorps and AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer in Service to America), led community development programs for a nationally regarded non-profit Local Initiative Support Corporation (LISC) in Chicago, Il - as well as spearheaded multiple community led initiatives for the City of Dallas. Mentoring and coaching emerging leaders (ages 15-24) has become a deep passion of hers.

Throughout her career, Gabrielle has been a highly sought non-profit strategist and capacity building facilitator and has written curriculums in the areas of; Program Implementation, Short and Long-term strategic planning, board development, organizational succession planning, 501 (C)3 application and packaging, proposal review consulting, designing youth programs and organizational leadership development programs to name a few.

Gabrielle has been able to integrate her corporate experience with her passion to lead in the nonprofit sector. She has worked with both grassroots organizations as well nationally regarded non-profits i.e., United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, Carters House Dallas, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), The BRidge Agency, Baton Rouge, LA and several others.

Originally from Chicago, Ill, Gabrielle earned a Dual bachelor’s degree from Robert Morris University, Chicago, IL and received her master’s degree in Public Administration – Non-Profit Management and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration both from Keller Graduate School of Management, Chicago, IL.
