Jake is a Chartered Cost Manager with over six years’ experience delivering cost and commercial management services across complex construction and infrastructure projects. He has experience across both pre- and post-contract stages, with expertise in cost planning, procurement, contract management, forecasting, risk management and commercial advisory.

Jake has worked on major UK infrastructure programmes, providing client-facing quantity surveying and commercial services for organisations including National Grid and Cadent Gas. His project experience includes major cable replacement and tunnelling schemes, where he has supported procurement, tender evaluation, cost control and the commercial management.

A Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), Jake holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management and is also NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) Project Manager accredited.

Jake brings a collaborative and commercially focused approach to his work, supporting clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage risk, optimise project performance and deliver successful outcomes.
