Jayquiel Hirondo is a Project Surveyor at Matthews, bringing nearly a decade of specialised experience in quantity surveying and MEP cost management. Since entering the industry in 2014, Jayquiel has built a reputation as a dedicated and adaptable professional with a proven track record in accurately measuring quantities and preparing detailed Bill of Quantities documents.

Throughout his career, Jayquiel has progressed through senior roles at AESG, Arcadis Consulting ME, Hyder Consulting ME, and Langdon and Seah, consistently demonstrating the excellence and integrity that define his approach to cost management. In his current role, he coordinates project scopes with team members, prepares reconciliation documents and value engineering proposals, and delivers precise cost advice and reporting to clients, skills that reflect Matthews' commitment to innovation and high performance.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and is a Registered Mechanical Engineer. Jayquiel is also an active member of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers, UAE Chapter.
