Her professional expertise encompasses cost estimating, cost planning, preparation of bills of quantities, tender analysis, and post-contract administration. Jerika's meticulous approach to pre-contract works ensures that accurate cost information drives informed decision-making throughout the design process, consistently delivering optimal value for clients while maintaining the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Jerika holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Santo Tomas and is a licensed civil engineer in the Philippines. She is a member of the Philippines Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors and is currently pursuing her APC toward chartered membership with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
