Jun is a Senior Project Surveyor at Matthews with over 27 years of experience in measurement and quantification across diverse sectors. Beginning his career as a quantity surveyor in the Philippines, Jun relocated to Bahrain where he led a 30+ member measurement team responsible for preparing tender documents and bills of quantities. Moving to Dubai, he joined Matthews in 2014, where he continues to deliver exceptional cost management services for notable regional projects.

Jun's extensive expertise spans building, civil, and infrastructure sectors including hotels, leisure, residential, commercial, retail, sports, aviation, and transportation projects. He is fully trained in Building Information Modeling (BIM) measurement software, bringing strong capabilities in quantity extraction and preparation of cost plans and bills of quantities. At Matthews, Jun collaborates with design teams and clients to ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing documents while maintaining the firm's commitment to excellence and integrity.

His dedication to timely project delivery has contributed to numerous multi-award-winning projects, including Dubai’s Museum of the Future and the BEEAH Group Headquarters in Sharjah.

Jun holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines and a certificate in quantity surveying from University College of Estate Management, UK. He is a licensed civil engineer and a member of the UAE Society of Engineers.
