Throughout his career, Kenneth has worked in a variety of roles in consultancy, general contracting, and within client organizations, providing him with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of what is required to make a project and program a commercial success.

Experienced in all facets of cost management, including feasibility/business case development, procurement, financial reporting, stakeholder management, and agreement of final accounts on major complex schemes, Kenneth has also been responsible for setting up and managing project and program teams that deliver exceptional levels of commercial advice and support.
