Maggie's extensive experience across the full project lifecycle — acquisition, entitlement, design, and construction — spans industrial, mixed-use, and residential asset classes. Maggie also brings deep expertise in municipal approvals, project budget management, and multidisciplinary consultant coordination. Prior to joining Matthews, she served as a Senior Development Coordinator, leading residential and mixed-use projects through design, entitlement, and construction — securing additional density and improving financial performance. Earlier in her career, she worked as an Associate at a planning consulting firm, where she managed development applications and partnered closely with consultants, stakeholders, and municipal staff to secure approvals.

Maggie is a relationship-driven, cross-functional collaborator focused on building long-term partnerships and creating lasting value through complex projects. She holds a Master of Science in Urban Planning and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies from the University of Toronto. She is actively engaged with ULI Toronto’s Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI), where she has served on the committee for several years. Outside of work, Maggie enjoys pilates, biking, and skiing.
