Mamta is a Senior Design Manager at Matthews, with experience working across large-scale complex projects in the UK and the Middle East. Her project portfolio covers masterplanning, hospitality, sports and infrastructure sectors, working in collaboration with leading international architects to deliver their vision.

In her current role, Mamta provides integrated design management support to Lead Design Consultants on major development projects, offering strategic advisory on contractual and commercial matters, risk, change control, programme management and design team coordination. Mamta's approach centres on breaking down complexity into simple actionable steps and bringing clarity to tangled processes to ensure the project keeps moving forward.
