Manoj Madathil is a Chartered Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in project development. He specialises in building services engineering, delivering complex, multidisciplinary developments across the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Manoj has led the planning, cost management, design and delivery of sophisticated building services solutions. His work spans residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, master planning, arts & cultural and leisure projects. He integrates building services with architectural, structural and operational requirements, delivering efficient, sustainable and high-performing assets.

As Technical Director at Matthews, Manoj manages all technical aspects of MEP works and directs Design Consultants, Cost Consultants, System Specialists and Contractors during the project initiation, design and execution stages.

Known for his strategic thinking, collaborative leadership and client-focused approach, Manoj builds strong, long-term relationships and is recognised for guiding technically complex projects with confidence, precision and a commitment to sustainable outcomes.

Manoj holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He is Chartered (CEng) with the Engineering Council UK and is a member of both the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (MCIBSE) and the Society of Engineers UAE.
