After beginning her career in public accounting, Michelle joined Matthews Southwest in 1993 and has since demonstrated unwavering excellence and integrity in her specialized focus on complex project accounting.

Throughout her distinguished tenure, Michelle has concentrated primarily on the Tribute project, providing comprehensive financial reporting across all components of this sophisticated mixed-use development. Her expertise encompasses residential lot development, land sales, TIF fund accounting, and golf course development and operations. This focused approach has enabled her to develop exceptional insight into projects from inception to completion, viewing developments holistically rather than at a micro level.

Michelle earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and maintains her certification as a notary public of Texas. Outside of her professional responsibilities, she enjoys organic flower gardening, appreciating both its natural beauty and positive impact on the ecosystem.
