Molly serves as Senior Development Manager at Matthews, bringing 25 years of extensive experience across both public and private sectors. Her distinguished career demonstrates excellence in delivering large-scale capital projects, leading complex contract negotiations, securing project entitlements, and obtaining federal, state, and local tax incentive packages that drive private investment and economic development.
During her tenure with the City of Dallas, Molly led interagency projects responsible for delivering $800M in infrastructure projects. She served as the city's lead for high-impact initiatives including the Harold Simmons Park and TxDOT's IH-345 and IH-30 Canyon projects, showcasing her ability to manage transformative urban development initiatives.
At Matthews, Molly leads efforts to revitalize the Cedars, advancing innovative projects that enhance connectivity, sustainability, and community engagement. She serves as the Matthews development liaison with the Dallas Wetlands Foundation, the 501c3 responsible for oversight of the Dallas Water Commons—a groundbreaking public-private partnership with the city of Dallas to create a natural park and urban water project converting floodwater sumps into cleansing wetlands.
Molly holds a master's degree in public administration from the University of Texas, Arlington, and a bachelor's degree in economics from Texas A&M University, providing her with the academic foundation that supports her commitment to integrity and innovation in complex development projects.
