As a Senior Vice President, Phill focuses on corporate strategy and development projects across the divisions of Mathews.

Prior to Mathews, Phill spent over 10 years as a shareholder with Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, P.C. in Dallas, Texas as the leader of their public-private partnerships practice and complex redevelopment projects teams. Phill has a broad base of experience working on as developer, investor, and lender’s counsel on joint venture and other investment structures, debt financing, economic incentives, public-private partnerships, affordable housing, development and construction, tax maters, as well general corporate and real estate issues. He represented Mathews in connection with the redevelopment of the Old Dallas High School, Broward County Convention Center Expansion and Hotel project, the U.S. Air Force hotel project, High Speed Rail, Dallas Convention Center expansion project, as well developments within the Tribute and the Cedars.
