Rashmeeta Matharu is a Design Manager at Matthews, bringing more than 20 years of international experience to complex, multidisciplinary developments across the UK and the Middle East.

With a strong architectural foundation, Rashmeeta specialises in design management, coordinating large consultant teams and translating ambitious concepts into deliverable solutions. Prior to joining Matthews, she held senior roles with internationally recognised practices; Foster + Partners, MAKE Architects and Populous, where her expertise spanned commercial, residential, hospitality, infrastructure and sports sectors, covering every stage of the project lifecycle from concept design through construction and completion.

At Matthews, Rashmeeta provides strategic design management across a diverse portfolio. She establishes robust governance processes, coordinates multidisciplinary interfaces and manages design risk, programme delivery and change control to enable informed decision-making. Her collaborative leadership and structured approach create the clarity and control needed to deliver complex developments successfully, building the lasting partnerships and long-term value Matthews clients depend on.

Rashmeeta's notable projects include the Haramain High Speed Rail in Saudi Arabia, London Wall Place in the UK, and the Mohammed Bin Salman Stadium in Qiddiya, Saudi Arabia, where she led a multidisciplinary design team of more than 50 consultants through the detailed design stages of the 45,000-seat stadium development.

She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture and is registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB), reflecting her commitment to collaborative leadership and efficient project delivery.
