Rihaan brings over a decade of construction industry expertise to his role as Senior Cost Manager at Matthews, delivering comprehensive cost management services across the UAE and wider GCC region.

A chartered construction professional, he has built his career with tier 1 multinational cost consultancy and contracting firms, developing deep expertise in commercial management and cost estimation across Residential, Mixed-Use, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors.

‍

At Matthews, Rihaan leads cost estimation and planning from pre-concept through detailed design stages, leveraging regional experience to advise clients on cost-effective materials and construction methodologies that align with expectations while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Notable achievements include leading the cost estimation for the iconic Burj Al Arab refurbishment and receiving a letter of commendation from Saudi Aramco for successful delivery of the KSA Pavilion at Expo 2020.

Rihaan holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Quantity Surveying from the University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa, and is a chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
