Taylor is an accomplished leader steering teams through the dynamic phases of start-up and growth cycles. Since 2016, she has worked to establish processes and solid strategic planning at Matthews West and has been instrumental in propelling the team towards success. In addition to overseeing daily operations, she is entrenched in fostering meaningful connections and nurturing valuable relationships with all partners.

Prior to joining Matthews West, Taylor accumulated twenty years of experience in consulting and project management where she adeptly managed internal resources with exceptional outcomes. Taylor holds an MBA as well as bachelor’s degrees in political science, sociology, and education.

Taylor moved west from Ontario in 2001 and has built her life in Squamish, BC. She currently sits as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Skyridge Montessori School, volunteers as a committee member for the Squamish Community Grant Foundation, the Squamish branch of the Terry Fox Foundation, and for the Squamish Food Bank.
