With 15 years of specialized expertise in the Middle East market, Tom has established himself as a leader in cost management and project delivery across luxury hospitality, mixed-use, commercial, and infrastructure developments.

Throughout his career, Tom has held senior positions at prestigious firms including JLL and AECOM, where he served as Director and Associate Director respectively. His extensive client portfolio includes industry leaders such as Red Sea Global, Aldar, DIFC, MAF, and Emaar, with whom he has consistently delivered exceptional value and maintained the highest standards of service excellence.

At Matthews, Tom leads comprehensive cost consultancy and project delivery services, managing everything from pre-contract estimations and procurement strategies to post-contract administration. His client-centric approach ensures strategic alignment between project outcomes and business objectives, while his commitment to innovation drives efficiency and maximizes value across all engagements.

Career highlights include his role as project director for the multi-billion SAR Laheq luxury island development in Saudi Arabia, where Tom's strategic leadership and deep industry knowledge proved instrumental to the project's success.

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Quantity Surveying from the College of Estate Management, Reading University, and maintains his professional standing as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
