Vicki is a Project & Operations Manager who plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of projects through effective coordination, operational management and commercial support. Drawing on a diverse background in consultancy, finance and business operations, she brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to managing processes and supporting multidisciplinary teams.

She works across project coordination, commercial administration and operational delivery, supporting bid submissions, fee proposals, project documentation and contractual processes. Vicki also works closely with internal teams to manage project information, financial reporting, invoicing and operational workflows, helping to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.

Prior to joining Matthews, Vicki built over eight years of experience in finance and payroll, developing strong expertise in financial management, reporting, compliance and business administration. This commercial foundation enables her to provide valuable operational and financial insight while maintaining a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
