Adjacent to the newly expanded Savannah Convention Center, the hotel is strategically placed to leverage Savannah’s rich cultural and historical appeal, making it a convenient destination for both tourists and event attendees.
As part of the Signia by Hilton brand, the property will emphasize state-of-the-art meeting spaces, culinary excellence, and premium guest experiences tailored to modern travelers. The project is currently in the pre-construction phase, with key agreements and designs being finalized. Groundbreaking and construction timelines are anticipated in 2025.
