Located at the busiest intersection of downtown Philadelphia, this 51-story high rise is the first of its kind featuring a 295-key W Hotel and a 460-key Element. Due to the project’s size and iconic design, it has already become a fixture downtown and has transformed the Philadelphia skyline. The building includes three levels of underground parking. The project is a collaboration between Matthews as co-developer, Marriott as operator, and the owner, Chestlen Development.
