Matthews, in partnership with City of Dallas and Volunteers of America, developed The Galbraith, a 217-unit mixed-income multifamily property in Downtown Dallas. The property contains 51% affordable housing units and 49% market rate units and features 12,000 sq ft of retail space. The property is located next to Matthew's redevelopment of the historic Dallas High School building and DART’s Pearl/Arts District rail station. The Galbraith opened in Fall 2021.
