Oaklawn Place provides 84 units of high quality affordable rental housing for seniors above the age of 55, with a further goal of creating a supportive environment for members of the LGBTQIA+ community in Dallas.
Resource Center of Dallas, a 501(c)3 corporation, developed the project in partnership with Matthews and Renaissance Neighborhood Development Corporation, a subsidiary of Volunteers of America. Spring Valley Construction Company served as contractor.
